Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Mr. IT & Associates LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you contact us by email, phone, or the website contact form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, area of interest, and message. Contact form submissions are emailed to our inbox and also saved in a protected file on our server, together with your IP address and the time, so that no inquiry is lost. To limit spam, the form's server also briefly keeps your IP address and submission times (about an hour).
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
- Security check. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated bots. Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, for this purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations.
- To provide, support, and improve our services and this website.

- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you (for example, hosting, email, and scheduling providers), and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Please do not send protected health information (PHI), case records, or other sensitive client data through this website's contact form or by ordinary email. Any engagement involving such data is governed by a separate written agreement, including a business associate agreement where applicable.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
